Pacific Northwest Historians Guild Event

On March 23rd, PNHG will host a panel discussion entitled The Lake Washington Ship Canal and the Locks: Overlooked Stories from around the Lake. The discussion will be moderated by historian David B. Williams and will feature Carol Arnold, Friends of the Yesler Swamp, Sarah Frederick, Eastside Heritage Center, and Sarah Samson, Renton History Museum. Come learn about the effects the Ship Canal had on Lake Washington, intended and unintended. This event is free and open to the public.
